Hokodo are a B2B Buy Now, Pay Later fintech company making B2B trade simpler, safer and supported.
They work with B2B merchants to help them sell more by offering better payment terms to their business customers, who unlike consumers, are usually expected to pay on credit terms. As a growing brand working to disrupt the market, they wanted to increase their presence and win new merchants.
Hokodo partnered with Ordinary Media to develop their first digital media strategy, driving awareness to both merchants and end-users, alongside running performance activity to complement the sales team and drive more sales qualified leads.
With no previous campaign data to go off, we started from scratch. As a brand that was still growing with a product that many still didn’t realise existed as an alternative to credit terms, we knew that the right level of brand awareness was needed to help drive conversion through performance channels.
Display and Video helped fill this need for awareness nicely; awareness at scale whilst still being able to remain targeted, we created targeted campaigns based on a number of different audience criteria, as well as using 1st party data & pixel data for retargeting. We also worked with Hokodo to help develop their campaign creative which was built to compliment our audience targeting strategy:
Guiding users through the journey to conversion, we also utilised retargeting on display and video, whilst also making full use of 1st party data through customer & company match lists on paid social. No stone left unturned, we wanted to make sure we were reaching potential customers at each stage of their journey.
